University of Cambridge

A Levels: For most science courses A*A*A is the minimum requirement, while most arts courses require A*AA.
International Baccalaureate: For most courses, an overall score of 40-42 including core courses is enough to get a place.
Romanian Baccalaureate: Generally a minimum of 9.5 overall is required with 10 in a subject specific to the degree.
English Language Requirements:
IELTS Academic: Normally a minimum grade of 7.5 is desired with 7.0 or above in every element, however some programs might ask for more.
TOEFL Interned Based Test (IBT): A minimum overall score of 110 with at least 25 points in each elements
Cambridge English: C2 Proficiency: Accepted with a minimum overall score of 200, but no element should be lower than 185.
Cambridge English: C1 Advanced: A minimum overall score of 193 and as with Proficiency, no element lower than 185. However, the university will most likely ask for additional evidence of competence in English.
University of Oxford

A Levels: A*AA is required for most science subjects, while the majority of humanitarian subjects require AAA to get in.
International Baccalaureate: Most courses require a score of 38 - 40, including core points with 6 and 7s in subjects taken at a Higher Level. Most courses at Oxford require a Math exam as one of the IB components.
Romanian Baccalaureate: Typical offers require an overall grade of 9, with no individual subject below 9 (equivalent of A for A-levels). The equivalent of an A* is a grade of 9.5 or above.
English Language Requirements:
IELTS Academic: 7.5 overall with at least 7.0 in each component.
TOEFL/ TOEFL IBT Home Edition: Minimum overall of 110 with the following minimum requirements per component:
Listening: 22 points
Reading & Writing: 24 points each.
Speaking: 25 points.
Cambridge English: C1 Advanced or C2 Proficiency: An overall of 191 with a minimum of 185 for each component.
Pearson PTE Academic: An overall of 76 with a minimum of 66 in each component except Enabling Skills (where there is no requirement).
London School of Economics

Romanian Baccalaureate: Entry requirements vary from 8.3 (ABB) to around 9.5 overall (A*A*A), the latter typically requiring a perfect 10 in at least one of the chosen subjects.

University of St. Andrews
